How should I apply and get a stand at the Virtual Fair?
- Simply. Log in to www.efair4u.com and you have very simple instructions how to get your stand. Should it be complicated for you, for any reasons, please contact us and we shall do it for you.
How long time does it take before I have passed the stand getting paperwork?
- There is no paperwork. You need 2-3 minutes in total to apply and another 5-10 minutes (depending upon the skill and the data quantity) to set up your stand. Our system checks the data and lets the stand to the Fair, not later than after 24 hours.
How can I change the data on my stand?
- Very simply. Enter the data while creating your company’s profile. This is done as a simple questionnaire and you may change these company data, as it may be necessary, through the same questionnaire. The other section of the data entry is at the stand itself. The stand is divided into Hotspots and any of them has got a certain type of information. With the detailed explanation, staying at your disposal all the time, you enter any new data or delete the existing ones from the Hotspots, depending upon their intention, so that you enter the video item you would like to be available for the visitors to your stands to the Hotspot Video.
Do I need the organizer’s approval whenever I change my data at the stand?
- No, you do not have to inform us when you change some data at your stand or enter some quite new ones, but we get the information of your change, i.e. the data deleting or adding, anyway and automatically approve all your changes.
What do I need to get a stand at the Virtual Fair?
- Like we have already said, you should fill in your form, directly at the site, your company’s basic data and get the stand. Of course, you have to ‘install’ a certain information quantity, in order to make your stand operative.
May I check how many visitors I have got at my stand?
- Of course, you may. You have got the complete statistics any time how many visitors there were and how long did each of them stay at which sections of your stand, i.e. what he was actually watching, etc.
What are the Fair opening hours?
- 365 days in a year, 24 hours daily.
What kind of communication may I have to my visitors, but also other exhibitors?
- A very dynamic one. Each visitor, before he has entered the Fair, has got the opportunity of applying and thus becoming a registered visitor, who may have communication to other visitors or exhibitors, via chat, or just send an e-mail to an exhibitor if he is interested in an exhibitor whose representative is not online. The same communication method is applicable also to the exhibitor to exhibitor one.
What may I install to my stand?
- Anything you believe will feature your company in the best way: pic’s, pdf’s, doc’s, mov’s and avi’s files. There is always the link taking the visitor (if you have made him interested) directly from your stand to your site, where he gets further information on your company.
At the real fairs, there is a conference hall?
- The same story remains at the Virtual Fair. There is a conference hall, where each company will be able to install their video spot with the company or a certain product presentation and this presentation will be announced at the portal home page.
Is that all?
- No, it is not. In addition to the business news on the portal home page, you will also have the opportunity of applying for various additional Fair services, such as the information on the new exhibitors, the new visitors, you may advertise at the Fair or have a stand nobody else has got, with your 3D products at the stand and many other things.
